14. When do I get paid?

Members will be rewarded via PayPal, Bank ACH, Gift Cards. SurveyFreeGift will pay members that request payment typically within 3(three) days of request or earlier depends on security check when they reach $25.. Payments can be held for up to 30 days or more, if fraud is suspected. You, the member, understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made to you or any other member until SurveyFreeGift has received payment from its advertisers. Prior to payment, each account will be audited in order to ensure that no fraud has taken place. SurveyFreeGift will never be deemed as owing payment to any member, but will make payments only after verification of the legitimacy of an account and balance. We will cancel payments after 7 days to any PayPal which has not registered or unverified payment address, i.e., you provide us with an e-mail, but do not have an account. Additionally, we may remove payments or amounts from account balances if we deem it necessary. Any member found to be cheating our advertiser offers will be banned indefinitely, resulting in the forfeiture of all earnings. Any member found to be cheating our referral system or referral contests by providing fake or deliberately low quality referrals simple to win a contest or receive a bonus will also be banned indefinitely, resulting in the forfeiture of all earnings.

15. What Payment Methods are Available?

Currently we offer PayPal,Bank Wire/ACH,Amazon Gift Card as our payment methods for users worldwide.If users want to receive our payment for any other payment methods,you can send us an ticket on support page or email us at support@surveyfreegift.com.

16. My payment was returned to my account, Why?
 In case of point or cash balance is negative OR if we'll find your payment address is not verified by payment processor like Paypal and Payza, your withdraw will be denied and your balance will return to your main account.

17. Is it necessary to verify my payment address before withdraw cash ??

We'll verify your account once after receiving withdrawal request from you. Before we send your payments we used to send a 1 cent ($0.01) verification payment to make sure your account is active and the email is valid. We need you to login to your Paypal account and accept this payment. If the payment fails then we need you to check your Paypal account or your Paypal email on your SurveyFreeGift profile.

 

We cannot process any Paypal payment without this verification. If you fail to accept the 1 cent payment we send you, then we cant process your cashout and it will be denied and returned to your main account balance.

18. Is it necessary to be a verified member to receive payments?

Members are required to pass our telephone verification process and to be verified before they are eligible for electronic cashouts. So members must have a valid payment address/Email address to get paid otherwise payment will be declined and sent back to main account. For bank wire, we need your Full Name, Complete address with zipcode, Valid Bank A/C no., Swift/IFSC Code.Please note:We do not send electronic cashouts to users who use hotmail.For Chinese and India users,we will verify your payment manually.We also offer Wechat Pay and AliPay to Chinese users.Your Wechat Pay and AliPay account must pass by Real name authentication.
